Training Cancellation Policy

This policy is reviewed and can be amended at any time, without prior notice.
Any changes to this policy will not apply retrospectively and future bookings will be subject to the cancellation policy at the point of booking.
All cancellations must be made via email only to accounts@gswater.co.uk, by the candidate. GS Water Ltd will not accept cancelations by telephone or text.
If cancellations are made 7 working days or more before the training date, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations less than 7 working days before the training date: will incur 50% of the total course value.
Any delegate who wish to transfer to an alternative training session must email accounts@gswater.co.uk and clearly state the revised date of the session they would like to attend, which must be more than 7 working days.
Any alternative training requests must be received by accounts@gswater.co.uk more than 7 working days prior to the original training, therefore cancellation fees will apply.
Our rights to cancel:
GS Water Ltd reserve the right to cancel any training session in the unlikely event that the venue or trainer is unavailable, which is beyond our control. At this point the candidate will be issued as much notice as possible and offered an alternative training session. If the candidate cannot attend the revised date(s) a full refund will be issued.
